Our 3 bedroom 3 bath town home is in walking distance to Eaagle Ridge Inn, East Golf Course and the General Store. Our multi level town home with two family rooms will give you plenty of space and privacy for your relaxing vacation. Our two decks back the 11th hole of the North Golf Course.

You will find the kitchen complete with electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and refrigerator, a full size washer and dryer are located behind the double doors on the lower level. A Weber Gas Grill is located on the main level deck chair with a table and six chairs.
A short distance from the Territory Owners Club offers your family access to the outdoor pool and baby pool, an indoor and outdoor basketball court, ping pong, pool, chess and other video games. Tennis courts can be reserved at no cost for up to two hours per day with your rental. Reservations for tennis courts can be made at either the Owner’s Club or the Marina.
For your convenience, the General Store offers a fine selection of gifts, groceries, gasoline, video rentals, and personal items you may require.
We are a smoke free pet free rental home. Farmstead Getaway Rates are $190/night (12/1-5/14 excluding holidays) and $235/night (5/15-11/30 including all holidays) + 11% hotel tax.
